CUSTOM FABRIC PRINTING

Turn around time is 5-6 business days however depending on the volume of orders there might be a slight delay.

GROUND FABRIC:

We are offering to print on DBP and rib at the moment. Please note however that digital print on 4X2 rib might result to the rib loosing texture. You also have the option to send us the fabric you want printed on. 

CUSTOM DESIGN:

Design you upload must be in seamless format and high quality. Preferred file type is TIF or PSD. If you are not sure if your file is seamless, kindly state accordingly. Please double check the design before hitting upload. Fabric Wholesale Depot will not be responsible if the customer uploads the wrong design. If you have issues with your order, please send an email to: support@fabricwholesaledepot.com with your order number. After uploading the photo, you will be asked for the scale.

DESIGN INFRINGEMENT:

Customer guarantees that they have the right to supply Fabric Wholesale Depot with this design. Fabric Wholesale Depot will not be responsible for any infringement violation of a design submitted. As part of a routine check up, Fabric Wholesale Depot has the right to ask the customer to supply supporting documents to prove that the design has been copyrighted or that they have the full license to use the design. Failure to submit the documents will result in Fabric Wholesale Depot cancelling the order as a whole. Please make sure that when you purchase designs from Etsy or Instagram that you are able to submit proof of purchase when required. If Fabric Wholesale Depot receives an order and deems the design unusable, we will cancel the order. Again, Fabric Wholesale Depot will not be responsible for any copyright and infringement issue that might entail with a design.

Due to the third-party transition of our software, we cannot update the wholesale terms for this product. Please e-mail us for more information as minimum order quantity and wholesale term has changed. 

REFUND:

We will acknowledge a refund request if the order has not been processed yet. Once the design has been arranged for a strike off, the order will only be qualified for a 50% discount. Once the design has been printed and is ready to be shipped, we cannot offer a full refund. 

SHIPPING:

Once the package has been dropped off to carrier, Fabric Wholesale Depot will not be responsible for any delays or loss. Please file a claim with shipping carrier accordingly. 

 DISCOUNTS:

Running promotions or discount codes will not work for this item.
